About the podcast:
Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) has been a realtor now for just over a year and focuses more on investors. She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new or seasoned investors and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female empowered investing group!

About the Guest:
Amanda started her real estate investing journey 5 years ago with a duplex and has quickly grown into large multifamilies and commercial real estate. She currently has 19 doors with 3 duplexes, an 11 unit multifamily and 1 cottage. She has scaled quickly and accredits that to having the right team! She also really loves large multifamilies and prefers long term rentals. She has done it all from getting creative with financing to working with the right partners. She’s also not only an investor but also a brand new realtor (only 4 months in but working with experienced investors!) and coaches female real estate investors as well! Amanda is a wealth of knowledge and really talks about both the pros and cons of real estate investing.
