About the podcast:
Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) has been a realtor now for just over a year and focuses more on investors. She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new or seasoned investors and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female empowered investing group!

About the Guest:
Melody Salisbury is an accomplished Entrepreneur and Real Estate investor operating in the Southwestern Ontario region. She relocated with her family to St.Thomas in 2017, just as the real estate market began to falter. Shortly after, they seized the opportunity to invest in a new build townhouse located in St Thomas, as the London market began to flourish. Since then, Melody and her husband have acquired 9 units in St Thomas, and have shifted their focus towards the acquisition of Multi-Family properties. Prior to her successful career in Real Estate, Melody has coached individuals during her corporate career and established her own business while raising her children. Melody is a driven visionary, passionately believing in the power of strong vision and goal-setting as the foundation for achieving anything, and was an honour to have on the podcast!
