About the podcast:
Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) is a Realtor in Toronto and loves guiding investors and first time home buyers though the process of building wealth, she looks at all go her clients as investors! She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new or seasoned investors and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female empowered investing group!
About the Guest:
Jacqueline Marshall is a former Dental Hygienist turned full time investor who self manages her portfolio doing the majority of her DIYs. She has built her portfolio and completed many flips in Southern Ontario.
As her passion and knowledge for REI has expanded so has her goals. She aspires to inspire other women to pursue their passions by sharing details of her own REI journey. She recently got selected to present at the annual Bigger Pockets conference this coming October. When Jacqueline is not DIY’ing or not busy being a successful landlady you can find her at the gym, hot yoga or snuggling with her fur babies.
