About the podcast:

Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) is a Realtor in Toronto and loves guiding investors and first time home buyers though the process of building wealth, she looks at all go her clients as investors! She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new or seasoned investors and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female empowered investing group!

About the Guest:

Kaur is a seasoned real estate investor that was introduced to the real estate world with her extensive experience in both residential and ICI (institutional, commercial, and industrial) sectors of the construction industry. She leveraged her construction management company to venture into real estate investing, starting with renovation and flip projects for friends and family. By venturing into the investment side of the industry Kaur began acquiring her own investment properties and is now focused on gaining impactful mentorship and scaling up to larger partnerships with like-minded investors in developments, multi-family residential, and commercial investments.
