About the podcast:

Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) is a Realtor in Toronto and loves guiding investors and first time home buyers though the process of building wealth, she looks at all go her clients as investors! She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new or seasoned investors and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female empowered investing group!

Fempower is made up of these 3 ladies - Alla, Bina & Maggie. They have created a beautiful environment for women to get together and talk about all things real estate as well as personal! They formed Fempower during Covid and have since created a really powerful networking group. They pride themselves on being both fun and educational.
