About the podcast:

Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) is a Realtor in Toronto and loves guiding investors and first time home buyers though the process of building wealth, she looks at all go her clients as investors! She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new or seasoned investors and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female empowered investing group!

About the Guest:

Aisha Govani is a dynamic real estate investor and co-founder of www.MidTermRentalProperties.com. She embarked on her real estate journey to shape the life she envisioned. After gaining hands-on experience in property management through her initial investment properties, she looked to expand her real estate portfolio. In 2021, her passion for education and real estate led her to partner with Sarah Larbi at Mid Term Rental Properties, where she leads a growing team that assists real estate investors across Canada in maximizing property use and profitability. She co-facilitates the Mid-Term Rental Coaching Program, empowering investors to transition from challenging rental strategies to a cutting-edge real estate approach. She has also hosted and co-hosted several real estate podcasts and TV shows. Born in London, England, and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Aisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. Her commitment to learning and community development has included International Project Management, Human Resources, and Interior Design certifications.
